FINANCIAL INCLUSION SERVICES

Financial Inclusion is the process of ensuring access to appropriate financial products and services needed by vulnerable groups such as weaker sections and low income groups at an affordable cost in a fair and transparent manner by mainstream Institutional players. We are a retail house offering banking services to India's Banked and unbanked population and the last mile link connecting India's urban and rural citizens with its modern ecosystem.We will be setting up Business Correspondent Outlets of banks at the Sub Service Area (SSA) level across India to bridge the financial inclusion gap. Our banking services include Account Opening, Cash withdrawal & Deposits, Money Transfer, etc. Banking is an end-to-end process ensuring the overall execution of a financial service provided over the Web. DIGITAL PAYMENT, FINANCIAL LITERACY, AWARENESS & ACCESS

Lack of awareness of digital financial literacy, especially among the rural population is a major challenge in the country, more so in light of the demonetization by the Government and plans to make India a cashless economy. There was an urgent need to create awareness among the citizens, especially in rural and semi-urban areas regarding digital financial services. Under the “Digital Finance for Rural India: Creating Awareness and Access through Kiosk Banking” project launched by RedCraft in November 2016, BCAs were enabled to host awareness sessions on government policies and digital finance options available for rural citizens as well as enabling various mechanisms of digital financial services such as such as IMPS, UPI, Bank POS machines, etc. The project was conducted in a campaign mode by RedCraft’s Business Correspondent Agents (BCAs) till March 2017. RedCraft BCA’s were entrusted with the responsibility of registering of 1 lakh citizens and enablement of 5 thousand small merchants under this program.RedCraft is dedicated with full enthusiasm to bridge the gap between various financial & non-financial sectors, and achieve a collective mission of connecting maximum number of sectors and people.
